WILDE INSPIRATION - Movement

This year we are inspired by movement.. Movement of the mind, the body and the soul and the little things that we can do each day to promote positive change within ourselves and the world around us. So what better way to inspire this movement, then with yoga.


We are so inspired to all get back on the mat this year, especially to do a weekly yoga class together. 
We'd love to know what's inspiring you in 2013.  What would you really love to do this year?

  1. Lovely photos :) One of my goals for the next few months is to make time for yoga first thing in the mornings, so far it feels amazing!
